I am a loan officer and have the ability to process your loan, but most of the time I will act as your facilitator. With all of the loan officers on our team, it is my job to oversee and make sure that you are well taken care of.
I grew up in the San Fernando Valley - Northridge to be exact (Los Angeles, California). Attended Granada Hills High School, graduated with honors, then went on to get my Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Business Administration, FINANCE from (SDSU) San Diego State University. From there, I worked at Western Financial Planning and WFP Securities for a couple of years and was trained as a Financial Planner. I then took a job with Principal Financial Group, and earned my 6 & 63 Securities Licenses, and Insurance License with the state of California. I continued practicing for about 2 and a half years before starting my own insurance agency – NoCobra.com, Inc.
My beautiful wife Lori and I own a home in Rancho Santa Margarita, and have lived in RSM since 1998 with our 2 adorable children, Sean and Amanda. Lori has her teaching credential, and helps out with the family business. She likes to consider herself to be a “stay at home mom” and is very active in the kids extracurricular activities.
Our family enjoys playing sports in the local community, staying fit, and attending sporting events of all types. We love using the season tickets for the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim & the Anaheim Ducks. Just hanging out and hosting parties with close friends and family is always fun too!

After obtaining a degree in Economics from University of California, Santa Barbara, Lawrence turned his extensive financial & economics knowledge to the mortgage industry where he has been a top producer for the last 7 years. In addition to holding California licenses for Real Estate, Insurance, and Annuities, Lawrence is also a Licensed Financial Advisor. Lawrence also has extensive experience in the IT industry as a system engineer working in the mortgage industry before shifting careers into production and origination.
